REGISTRATION AND FEES
- 📌 The participation fee is valid for one paper . An author can participate in the congress with a maximum of two papers. For the second paper, 20% of participation fee must be paid for an additional fee.
- 📌 For papers with more than one author, only the responsible author is required to pay the registration fee.
- 📌 In order to complete the registration process “Participation fee” must be paid when the acceptance letter is received. The name and surname of the participant should be written in the description section of the participation receipt, along with the phrase "International Family Studies Congress Participation Fee". Receipts must be sent by e-mail to familycongress@kku.edu.tr. Otherwise, the papers will not be included in the congress program.
- 📌 Participants who have received an acceptance letter must indicate their preferences for presenting their papers face-to-face, online or video recording in their e-mails with their receipts enclosed.
- 📌 In case of participation via online and video recording, participation certificates will be sent as e-mails after the congress upon completion of the presentations. Technical information on how to deliver presentations will be announced to the participants in the announcement of the congress program.
- 📌 If participation fee is not paid, the papers will not be included in the congress.
- 📌 Abstracts sent to our congress will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
FULL TEXT PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS
📚 Full Paper in the Book of Proceedings
The full papers presented at the congress will be published in the book of proceedings with an ISBN number online. For publication in the Book of Proceedings, full papers should be sent to familycongress@kku.edu.tr until November 30, 2025. The e-book will be published on the congress web page.
Full papers should be prepared according to the sample template and should not exceed 15 pages including appendices.
📚 Article in the Kırıkkale University Journal of Social Sciences
Participants can also have their papers published as an article in the Kırıkkale University Journal of Social Sciences. Papers will be published after going through the referee process. The writing rules on the web page of the relevant journal should be taken into consideration. Papers submitted as full paper should not be submitted as an article. The responsibility belongs to the authors.
Only the articles accepted after the referee process can be published. The congress has no right to intervene in the referee process and publication process of the journal.
